Victoria's Dream by Orientique Fashions was founded in the 1970's

The founder traveled to India in the early 70's to source product for her first retail store in Kings Cross. Sales flourished and before long Victoria's Dream was operating four stores - Kings Cross, Oxford Street, Castlereagh Street & Centrepoint.

With the growth of Victoria's Dream came requests for the brand in other retail outlets. Due to popular demand and the growing awareness of the brand Victoria's Dream moved its focus from retailing to wholesaling and by 1976 Victoria's Dream was operating as a wholesale business.

Growing demand saw Victoria's Dream establishing factories and offices in India and Indonesia. Most of today’s Victoria's Dream range comes from the same factories established in the 70's. From these facilities Victoria's Dream imported to Australia as well as exported to South Africa, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

Whilst Victoria's Dream design team has expanded, all garments are designed in Australia and all production is still overseen and approved by the original team. All Victoria's Dream garments must meet the stringent sizing and quality requirements policed by the founders for the last 30 years. The Victoria's Dream teams in India, Indonesia & China ensure that these standards are maintained.

The Orientique Fashions range includes:-

Sleepwear - "Victoria’s Dream" showcases exquisite cotton sleepwear featuring smocking, delicate lace and beautiful hand stitched embroidery.

Ladies Fashion - With signature label "Orientique" focusing on a stylish collection of Summer Cotton Prints and Solids supported by a unique range of hand made jackets for Winter.

The "Enjoy" Label, Paris designed and exclusive to Orientique caters for both seasons with a high end French fashion flavour not generally seen in Australia.

Jewelery & Accessories - The "Just Divine" brand includes fashion jewellery and bags with a sharp contemporary twist and a taste for the unusual.

Orientique Fashions Showrooms are located in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne and new seasons ranges launched each year at Fashion Exposed Sydney (Summer launch) & Fashion Exposed Melbourne (Winter launch).

Mid season Orientique also displays at Reed Trade Shows - Sydney February & September, Melbourne August.

Today the Orientique Fashions sales team services more than 1000 customers around Australia & exports to more than 50 customers throughout New Zealand & the South Pacific.
